Dr Faye Tarrier was born and raised in Manchester before training at the University of Leeds qualifying in 2011. She spent the following two years working in hospitals in Yorkshire before moving to Australia in 2013. Over in Australia she spent time gaining experience in fields such as A&E, Paediatrics and Obstetrics before becoming a GP. She decided to move back to the UK relocating to Brighton last year. Here she spent 6 months working in a hospice in Hastings pursuing an interest in Palliative Care before joining Mile Oak Medical Centre in March 2019.

Faye enjoys being a GP because of the diversity that each day brings and the opportunity to get to know her patients well. She has a particular interest in Women’s Health, Mental Health and Palliative Care.
