The new number for out-of-hours services is 111. All calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

NHS 111 is a national service that aims to make it easier for people to access healthcare services when they need medical help fast, but it's not a life-threatening situation.

You will be able to speak to an advisor about your medical problem. If necessary they will who transfer your case to the local GP out-of-hours provider, Integrated Care 24.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
