What is eConsult?
eConsult is free to use for NHS patients. Use eConsult to ask your GP surgery about your health symptoms, conditions or treatment.
- Please treat the eConsult form as you would any other form of communication with the surgery. We kindly ask that you remain courteous and respectful when completing your eConsult.
- Please do not submit a 2nd eConsult chasing the outcome of the 1st eConsult as this causes unnecessary confusion. Please call and speak with reception if you have not heard back within 48 hours. We strive to respond to eConsults as quickly as possible but at busy times response times can be up to 48 hours after the day of submission.
- If your clinical condition has worsened after submitting your eConsult please call and speak with reception who will take further details.
