Health Apps
Health and wellbeing apps can be a great way to help you feel better and many are free to use.
The right app can make a real difference to your health and wellbeing — but with so many out there, it can be hard to know which ones are safe and good quality.
That's why trusts across Sussex have teamed up with ORCHA to create a library of apps you can rely on. Every app has been independently checked for safety, quality, and accessibility, and each listing includes a clear description of how it could support your health.
Not every app will suit everyone, and that's fine — there are plenty of options to explore. If you're unsure where to start, your healthcare professional will be happy to help.
