Special interests: Family Planning, Women's and Children's Health, Healthy Weight Management, GP training and Sustainability.
Dr Fry qualified from University College London in 1997. She moved to Brighton in 1998 to train as a GP and has worked here ever since. She joined Mile Oak Medical Centre in September 2012 and has been a GP trainer since 2015.
She loves working as a GP due to the varied nature of the job and tries hard to work in partnership with each patient. Her particular interests are Family Planning, Women's and Children's health and Healthy Weight Management. She has also been a GP trainer since 2015 and enjoys helping to train a new generation of GPs. She will always ask for your consent at the start of any consultation if a GP trainee is present.
She enjoys walking, cycling, swimming, yoga, salsa and zumba.
Dr Fry has helped Mile Oak Medical Centre and our neighbouring practices with environmental sustainability improvements. All have received awards for their work in this area and Mile Oak Medical Centre has received a top Platinum Award.
She became one of the directors of Greener Practice in January 2025. This is an organisation set up to help primary care become more environmentally sustainable.
