Justine Hall
I’m here to support you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and centred around your individual needs.
I take a person-centred approach, which means I will listen to you without judgement and work alongside you at your own pace. My practice is rooted in unconditional positive regard, empathy, and congruence, so you can expect to be met with warmth, honesty, and understanding.
I aim to create a nurturing and inclusive space where you feel welcomed, valued, and heard. I’m passionate about supporting people with their mental health and bring a wide range of experience, including working on inpatient wards, within crisis teams, curating wellbeing days and activities, and training in counselling. This allows me to offer thoughtful, compassionate support, even during difficult or overwhelming times.
You’ll find me approachable, trustworthy, and easy to talk to. Building genuine, supportive relationships is at the heart of what I do, and I am committed to helping you feel empowered, understood, and supported on your journey.
A little about me — outside of my role, I’m passionate about food and the way it brings people together. I value connection, community, and the small things that help us feel grounded and cared for, which I bring into my work every day.
