Lisa is the Practice Manager. She is there to ensure the smooth running of the surgery. She is in charge of health and safety ensuring we continue to provide excellent care in a safe environment. She is also complaints lead, ensuring that patients' concerns are fully investigated and responded to promptly. 

She has worked in the NHS for the past 9 years since moving to Sussex and before that she previously worked in 2 surgeries in London, many moons ago!

She started off as a temporary receptionist when she moved to Brighton and worked her way up to be a Medical Secretary, then Secretary Lead and then Project Assistant and helped project plan the merger of two surgeries before settling at Mile Oak Medical Centre. 

She enjoys going for walks.
